Unless specifically agreed in writing, Hidden Gems Escape Room Props does not provide on-site installation, inspection, permitting, or certification services.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary based on product availability, custom build complexity, production time, carrier performance, and destination. Any shipping or delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guarantee, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
