Hidden Gems Escape Room Props was born from a simple belief: memorable rooms need memorable puzzles.

My wife and I decided that not all escape rooms are built the same, and thus Hidden Gems was born.
We believe puzzles are not just something placed inside a room. In many ways, the puzzles are the room. They shape the pace, the story, the challenge, and the moments players remember after the game ends.
A bad puzzle can break a room, much like a good puzzle can save one.
How We Think
Puzzles Should Have a Purpose
Making puzzles that are on-theme and memorable is at the heart of what we do. A puzzle should not feel random, confusing, or disconnected from the experience. It should earn its place in the room.
That is why we take a systematic approach to puzzle building. Before designing a prop or interaction, we ask the questions that matter.

We try to look at puzzles from every angle and choose the best, most effective setup for the build. Sometimes that means keeping things simple. Sometimes it means using electronics, code, fabrication, 3D printing, audio, lighting, or custom mechanics to create the right moment.
The goal is always the same: build something that fits the room, supports the story, works reliably, and gives players something worth remembering.
